Add each of you class mates to your
Contacts List
.
"Display As" with the display name like this; "Last name, First name".
"Company" is "Computer Applications for the Office".
"Title" is "Student"
Create a new
Distribution List
called "Computer Applications for the Office".
Add each of your classmates to the list.
Use their TAFE E-mail addresses.
Don't ask for their E-mail addresses. Search for them through the
create new message
page.
Add me (peter.stuart@tafensw.edu.au) to this list.
Send an E-mail using this
distribution list
.
"Subject" is "Test class distribution list"
"Body" to contain a request for a
reply
to the E-mail.
"Forward" the reply to me.
